Shipping & Returns


Processing Time
All orders ship from our studio in Windsor, Nova Scotia, within 7 business days. We strive for and often achieve an even faster turnaround time, typically within 3 business days.


Estimated Shipping Time
Canada: Once your order has left our studio it should arrive within 5-9 business days.

USA: We are doing our best to keep up with the continuously changing shipping laws to the USA. Shipments now must go through customs, which means shipping times will take longer than usual. We have no control over how long it takes customs to clear your package. Typically shipments arrive in 5-9 business days, but it all depends on how long customs has the package for. Orders will not be refunded due to longer than expected shipping times. 

International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks. If you need an update on your order please reach out at admin@classycards.ca and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can. 


Shipping Addresses
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at admin@classycards.ca. You must contact us before your order is processed, if your order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we cannot re-ship your order. 


Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs rates are different for every country, so we can’t estimate how much they will be. If you deny paying the import taxes you will not get a refund for your order, as we do not receive the package back. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 


Damaged Items and Replacement
If you received the wrong item order your order was damaged in shipping, we will send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at admin@classycards.ca to get a replacement order set up. Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. We will not cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery. 


Packages Lost in Transit
If your package seems to be lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping provider, as they have more up to date information than we have. And if you still need more help please email us at admin@classycards.ca


Shipping Protection
We recommend that you purchase our shipping protection to cover any potential issues with your shipment. Our shipping protection does not cover incorrect shipping address. 


RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but we DO NOT offer refunds, we offer store credit only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

In your return package, please include this return form with your package.

We offer two options for returning your purchase:

Option 1: We provide will provide a UPS return label for $20, the money will be deducted from the store cried that you will be issued upon the return of your purchase. Please reach out to admin@classycards.ca with your order number to receive your return label.

Option 2: If you'd prefer to utilize a self-postage option, you can use an insured postal carrier to return your items back to us at your own expense to the address below. We recommend receiving shipment tracking, and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Most returns are processed and given store credit within 10 days of delivery.

Our team will fully examine your item(s) and if your return is in good condition we will supply you with a store credit for the value of the product. If there are makeup stains on the sweaters, you will not be issued a store credit. Please allow approximately one week for processing in our warehouse. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Clearance, final sale, and grab bag orders are ineligible for return or exchange.


To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase or before it ships. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
